The Ombú is a native tree from Uruguay and Argentina. Its original name Umbú comes from Pampa language that means shadow, and it is well know for providing shelter from the sun and the rain to the men.
Nose
Oaky spice aromas are up front on a nose that also shows berry and prune notes.
Palate
This is fleshy and tannic in feel. Flavors of blackberry, wood grain and chocolate finish dry and firm, with wood-spice flavors.
