Growing Conditions

2020 was warm and dry. Significant mildew pressure cut yields. High acid levels. Supposed to be excellent desserts too, but that’s a few years to come.


Hand Harvested


Pressed and sent directly to old Hungarian oak barrels for fermentation. Malo is not blocked, but it rarely occurs.


Fermented and aged in 500L neutral Hungarian Oak barrels for 7-8 months before bottling.
