This Reuilly Blanc is best drunk young, it's fruity and develops a beautiful minerality which reveals floral notes.

Growing Conditions

After working for 8 years at Domaine Mardon in Quincy, Luc Tabordet created his own estate in 2011 in the Reuilly appellation. The Estate has been certified organic farming since 2017, the objective being to preserve what nature puts at our disposal.

Our vines are 15 to 45 years old.

The terroir is loamy, clay and limestone are present in depth.

The production area represents 2.24ha or approximately 18,000 bottles (60 l/ha).

Winemaking

Pressing is followed by settling for 24 hours. Fermentation takes place in thermoregulated vats. We draw off the wine during November. It rests on fine lees before filtration and bottling in January.

Nose

The nose develops aromas of candied citrus fruits and notes of almond.

Palate

The palate is ample and generous, combining finesse and elegance, with a beautiful finish. This wine develops a beautiful minerality which reveals floral notes. The palate is very fruity.

Appearance

Dress with gold highlights.
