Winemaking

Delicate pressing of the grapes then the juice obtained is unsettled. Alcoholic fermentation begins naturally under temperature control. The wine is aged on fine lees for 6 months minimum.

6 months minimum on fine lees.

Nose

Our Giennois rosé opens on a delicate nose combining small red fruits and English sweets.

Palate

The mouth is divided between flexibility and liveliness refreshing Pinot noir.

Food Pairing

Serve with a handful of prawns, a salad or simply with Sunday brunch.
