This 2021 is the second vintage for this Cuvée and was aged in three Amphora of 750 liters.
Growing Conditions
The grapes come from a selection of three plot of old vines (limestone, marls and silex).
Harvest
The harvest began on September 25th, giving grapes of good quality.
Nose
The Sérénissime reveals a beautiful roundness, aromas of white peach, white flowers and citrus fruits as well as a typical note of “flint”.
Food Pairing
You can enjoy it with seafood, fish or white meats.
