An expressive, well-balanced wine. Pale yellow in color, brilliant with a fine luminosity.

80% clay-limestone from Terres Blanches and 20% limestone from Caillotes

Machine Harvested

Winemaking

Sorting of the harvest, pressing, cold setting is temperature controlled.

Fermentation in stainless steel vats for about 1 month. Aged on fine lees for a minimum of 6 months.

Kept for 2 months in bottle before release.
Type of yeast : Neutral yeast.
Type of fining: Bentonite

Nose

Initial floral aromas of elderflower and acacia. Then come notes of english candy and fruity citrus.

Palate

The palate is fresh and unctuous. Citrus and lemon notes bring a nice balance and a tangy finish.

Appearance

Shiny pale yellow with deep golden highlights.
