Bottling

Minimum of 15 months of bottle aging.

Winemaking

the grapes undergo destemming and gentle crushing before being transferred to fermentation tanks. Maintaining a precise temperature control of 25°C, the fermentation process begins, accompanied by a post-fermentation maceration period of 20 days, during which malolactic fermentation also takes place.

Aging

The wine is then aged for 18 months in new French oak barrels

On the nose, it reveals an enticing blend of ripe red and black fruits intricately woven with elegant vanilla tones derived from the French oak barrel.
