This collection is made up of wines from selected grapes from a single limited production block, making only 4 barrels of wine.
Harvest
The grapes are harvested by hand and selected upon arrival at the winery.
Winemaking
After a 2-days short maceration at low temperature they are fermented in stainless steel tanks at 22-25ºC.
Aging
Finally, it rests for 12 months in French oak barrels.
Nose
Aromas of plum jam, black pepper, chocolate and tobacco.
Palate
This wine shows the perfect balance between fruit and oak wood.
Appearance
Aged red wine. Intense ruby red in color.
