Milling, selection of bunches, inoculation of selected yeasts, fermentation temperature control, 15 days of fermentative maceration and malolactic fermentation control.
Aging
9 months of aging in French oak barrels and 6 months in bottle.
Nose
On the nose: This dedicated combination of varieties is transformed into a profound expression of aromas, with a predominant herbaceous note highlighting the red pepper typical of Cabernet, integrating with dried figs and traces of ink provided by Tannat, ending with vanilla and chocolate from its passage through French oak barrels.
Palate
With a sweet and enveloping palate, its ripe tannins affirm its structure, the wood accompanies it in silence and provides softness and delicate smoky touches at the end of the mouth.
Appearance
It is presented in a ruby red colour with blue reflections worthy of the blend of both varieties.

Ideal to accompany homemade pasta with Bolognese sauce, roast chicken with fine herbs, grilled lamb marinated with spices, cavallo cheese, Italian mortadella and freshly baked homemade bread.
