Aging: 11 months in demi-muid barrels with regular stirring then stay of 10 months in stainless steel tank
Nose
Intense, complex nose, made of white-fleshed fruits, sprouts broom with discreet touches of vanilla.
Palate
The mouth is fleshy, juicy with a nice balance. Of the notes of peach, apricot and pineapple mix with lightly toasted touches. An elegant dissolve of fruit prolongs the finish of this wine.
Appearance
A yellow dress with old tones gold.
Food Pairing
This wine will highlight the fish like a sea bream lemongrass, but also tendons grilled veal, or cheeses goat from the Loire Valley.
