CABERNET SAUVIGNON
Originally from Bordeaux, it is one of the most important vines in the wine world, due to its great adaptation to different terroirs. Its berries feature thick skin, small bunches of grapes, and the vines are naturally low-yielding.

Appearance: Lively intense ruby color
On the nose: Wide range of aromas ranging form black olives, pepper, nutmeg mingling with aromas of red fruits and strawberry and cherry jams.
Palate: It presents a balance between roundness and structure, its freshness prologns the finish in a very pleasant way.
Pairing: Roasted meats, stews and soups.
