Growing Conditions

Grapes from a century-old plot. Centenary vine, planted in 1919.

Winemaking

Skin maceration.
Pneumatic pressing at very slow speed.
Fermentation in oak barrels with several stirrings for 10 months.
Filtration and bottling carried out in September of the following year.
Marketing 4 months minimum after bottling.

Nose

On the nose, we notice complex notes with good aromatic intensity.

Palate

On the palate, we are in the presence of a rich and structured wine. It gives an impression of fat and roundness. Then, we perceive notes of evolved fruits.

Appearance

Golden-colored wine.

Food Pairing

Accompanies pan-fried foie gras, mushrooms, poultry in cream sauce, certain game such as partridge or woodcock.
