This Quincy Domaine Portier is a perfect wine for sharing a good moment of conviviality with those you love.

Growing Conditions

The vines are grown on sandy loams and the yield is around 59 hectoliters per hectare.

The grapes are sorted then subject to pneumatic pressing at very slow speed. Cold vinification in the traditional way. Alcoholic fermentation at low temperature between 16° and 18° C. The wine is then aged in stainless steel vats on very fine lees with pumping over until final fining. The wine is filtered then bottled.

The aromas reveal notes of white-fleshed fruits such as vine peach with a touch of exotic fruits in the finish.

On the palate, the fruitiness is intense, the wine is balanced, very fresh and very long in the mouth. The finish reveals touches of toast.

The dress is a beautiful golden straw yellow color.

Food Pairing

It goes well with shellfish, seafood platters, asparagus, fish, creamed white meats and goat cheeses. Drink within 4 years and consume at a temperature of 10° to 12°. The aging potential is certain.
