Nose

A pink dress with redcurrant nuances. Gourmet touches of small red fruits where crushed strawberry dominates.

Palate

The mouth is fresh, crunchy and supple, it opens with strawberry with a hint of minerality. A beautiful presence in the mouth which continues with an elegant freshness.

Food Pairing

It is consumed as an aperitif with some tapas or varied sushi. It will of course accompany local cold meats and cheeses. Asian cuisine is ideal for it to delight you with its deliciousness and freshness. Serve at 8 to 10 °C
