Growing Conditions

Notre Menetou-Salon is harvested on one of the favorite soils of this appellation, clay-limestone. This terroir gives finesse and roundness to our Menetou-Salon.


As soon as the harvest arrives, the grapes are delicately pressed and the juice obtained is settled for approximately 36 hours. Alcoholic fermentation begins naturally under temperature control (15-18°C).


The wine is then aged for a few months on its fine lees until bottling in the spring.


Pale gold in color, our Menetou-Salon opens with a very intense nose with notes of citrus and exotic fruits.


On the palate, the attack is ample with a nice freshness on a very aromatic finish (pineapple).

Food Pairing

Perfect with seafood but also with pies, gourmet salads and cheese. Serve between 8 and 10°C
