Pre-fermentation maceration: cold
Fermentation: in thermoregulated stainless steel vats with pumping over and unloading regular.
Post-fermentation maceration of 10 days

Nose

Intense nose of berries red, morello cherries and strawberries.

Palate

A fairly ample palate where the frame tannic comes gradually settle. The tannins assert themselves with tact, prolonging the wine while revealing its delicate fruitiness. A final all in elegance.

Appearance

Shiny and light dress with shades ruby.

Food Pairing

An ideal wine to accompany venison with cranberries, guinea fowl with cabbage or even grilled lamb skewers.
