Discover our Ma Vie en Rose cuvée, an elegant and vibrant wine that combines 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Gamay for an exceptional taste experience.

Growing Conditions

This wine draws its unique personality from the soils rich in Kimmeridgian marl, composed of small typical shells, as well as from the clay-limestone soils rich in trace elements, essential for the aromatic expression and finesse of this vintage. The vines, aged on average 10 years, are exposed to the south and southwest, benefiting from reasoned and eco-responsible management.

Winemaking

The meticulous vinification includes a mechanical harvest, a soft and slow pneumatic pressing for the Gamay, and a short maceration saignée for the Pinot Noir. A fermentation in thermoregulated stainless steel vats at 16°C for 10 days preserves the oenological potential. The aging in stainless steel vats with pumping over of the lees for 1 month enhances the structure of the wine.
